Our last OpenClaw Ecom Accelerator… didn’t go perfectly.
A few things broke.
People got stuck.
At one point, my system even went down mid-demo.
Not ideal.
But honestly — if you’re running Amazon ads right now,
your account probably feels a bit like that too.
A little messy.
A lot going on.
Hard to see what actually matters.
During that session, we looked at 60 days of PPC data…
…and found about $30,000 in wasted ad spend in under a minute.
This was from a real 7-figure seller in the health category
(currently inside OCEA).
Nothing unusual about the account either:
Around 30 campaigns
Real traffic
Solid sales
The kind of setup where data is everywhere,
decisions take forever,
and problems quietly slip through.
Here’s what we saw:
Spend: $40,476
Sales: $93,343
ACoS: 43.4% (target was 25–30%)
Waste flagged: $30,703 (that’s 76% of spend)
And this wasn’t vague or “maybe” data.
It was clear:
One term burned nearly $5.8K
Another burned $5.6K
Another almost $5K
(Actual keywords removed for privacy)
No guesswork.
Just:
→ here’s what’s leaking
→ here’s what to fix
This is where most sellers struggle.
It’s not a lack of data.
It’s the opposite.
Too much data.
Spread across too many places.
With no time to make sense of it.
So what happens?
People try to:
understand everything
clean everything
optimize everything
Before they take action.
And that’s where they get stuck.
In reality, the fix is much simpler.
You don’t need to rebuild your whole account.
You just need to:
stop the biggest leaks
lower obvious wasted spend
protect what’s already working
That alone moves the needle fast.
And zooming out for a second…
The $30K waste is one issue.
The bigger risk is this:
Most sellers don’t have a system they trust when things get messy.
And things always get messy.
Campaigns grow.
Data piles up.
Complexity creeps in.
If your process relies on checking dashboards all day…
you’re going to miss things.
That’s exactly why I put together a simple framework for this:

It takes about 15 minutes to go through.
And it’ll show you:
how to spot your biggest PPC leaks
what to actually look at first
how to turn raw data into clear decisions, faster
Most people put this off.
Until they realize how much budget has been quietly slipping through.
