Hey there,

Big week of updates for sellers. A new US-EU trade deal locks tariffs at 15%—a huge edge over China’s 55%. Amazon just dropped its Q4 holiday deadlines, plus it’s expanding same-day perishables to 1,000 cities.

I also sat down with Yoni Mazor to uncover why Target is the next $500K+ growth channel for 7-figure brands. And don’t miss Alibaba’s CoCreate event in Vegas—sourcing strategies, startup showdowns, and even Daymond John live on stage.

Let’s dive in.

The US and EU have reached a new trade deal framework agreement that could benefit sellers sourcing from Europe. The deal sets a 15% tariff on most EU imports, offering stability compared to China’s much higher 55%.

Key Highlights:

  • New US-EU trade deal framework in place

  • 15% tariff on EU imports vs. 55% from China

  • Designed to stabilize transatlantic supply chains

  • Impacts key sectors: automotive, electronics, agriculture

Takeaway for Amazon Sellers:
If you source from Europe, this deal means more predictable costs and fewer supply chain disruptions. Now is the right time to plan your orders and secure better margins.

Amazon has released its 2025 holiday shopping and shipping deadlines, giving sellers a roadmap for Q4 success. FBA inventory must arrive by Aug 29 for Prime Big Deal Days, Sept 10 for minimal splits, and Sept 19 for optimized splits. Looking ahead to Black Friday and Cyber Monday, inventory deadlines are Oct 9 for AWD shipments, Oct 20 for minimal splits, and Oct 30 for optimized splits.

To ensure products are ready for peak shopping, Amazon strongly recommends having inventory in place by Nov 7 for Black Friday/Cyber Monday and no later than Dec 1 for last-minute Christmas shoppers.

At the same time, sellers should note that peak fulfillment fees will apply from Oct 15, 2025 through Jan 14, 2026, which makes early planning even more critical. Amazon has also opened deal submission windows, with a special emphasis on the Prime Big Deals event.

Key Highlights:

  • FBA inbound cutoff dates announced

  • Deal submission windows released

  • Emphasis on Prime Big Deals event

  • Early inventory planning strongly encouraged

Takeaway for Amazon sellers: Review Amazon’s holiday schedule now and lock in your Q4 strategy. Early planning ensures you stay competitive and avoid costly delays.

Amazon is rolling out same-day perishable grocery delivery to 1,000 U.S. cities, directly taking aim at Walmart and Instacart. This expansion highlights Amazon’s deep investment in cold chain logistics and local fulfillment, creating fresh opportunities for sellers in grocery and perishable categories.

Takeaway for Amazon Sellers:
Amazon’s push into perishables signals a growing market for grocery and food-related categories. Now is the time to position your products to ride this expansion.

Gary sits down with Yoni Mazor, CEO of Goflow, to uncover why Target is the next big ecommerce channel. Many 7-figure Amazon sellers are already generating $500K+ in their first year on Target—with far less competition.

Key Highlights:

  • What Goflow is and how it helps sellers expand

  • Why Target is a curated, gated marketplace (and how to get in)

  • Who qualifies to sell on Target (7-figure brands and above)

  • The exact categories Target is looking for right now
