What We Covered:
• GOLD Framework — Goal, Output, Limitations, Data. Use this every time you write a prompt or brain dump. The more specific you are, the better your agent performs.
• Daily Market Intel Agent — Your agent scans Amazon reviews, competitors, Reddit, YouTube, TikTok, media, and trends EVERY MORNING. This is the low-hanging fruit. Run it today if you haven't already.
• Supply Chain & Inventory Management Skill — Monitors inventory, predicts stockouts, calculates reorder points. Trained on my 10 years of supply chain experience in China. Download the skill from the student guide and install it.
• Sourcing Agent (Beta) — Still building this out. Antonio, I haven't forgotten about you. Target: ready for next week.
• Claude Code for Troubleshooting — Anytime you have a tech problem, open terminal and describe it in plain English. Claude Code will diagnose and fix it.
• Model Tiering — Main agent = highest model (Opus/GPT 5.4). Sub-agents = mid-tier (Sonnet). Heartbeats = cheapest (Haiku/Nano).

1. Run the Daily Market Intel Report — Copy the prompt from the student guide. Plug in YOUR product, ASIN, keywords, and competitors. Run it. Tell me what you find.
2. Download your 5 Seller Central reports and install the Supply Chain skill — Follow the steps in the student guide. Tell your agent to run your daily inventory check.
3. Security Setup — If you haven't done Tailscale and secrets.md yet, please get that done before next session. Follow the security guide.

P.S. — I just received an email from Claude which announced that they will not allow us to use the OAuth subscription to run OpenClaw effective tomorrow, April 4th. You will have to pay for the API by usage, which could be very expensive. So if you don't want to pay for the API, then I suggest you switch over to OpenAI, which allows you to use your ChatGPT subscription. This is what I'm in the process of doing now. I will share more details about that shortly.
